West Creative Collective (WCC) offers a truly modern approach to end-to-end workflow for creative and media production. By fostering direct collaboration between brands and creatives, WCC delivers a wide range of services across all media, our extensive network includes creative producers, directors, art directors, animators, VFX specialists, editors, and post-production houses.
WCC is not an agency. We are a collective of passionate professionals dedicated to producing high-quality work across all media platforms. By eliminating the layers of bureaucracy and overhead typical of traditional agencies, we empower our clients to work directly with creative talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process bringing together top-tier talent without the burden of agency fees, ultimately adding more value to your final project.

With a 15-year history of filming on nearly all continents, WCC is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
Our founder, Nick West, has created integrated campaign work that has been both nominated and awarded at the annual B&T advertising awards in 2019 and 2022. Nick is a fully accredited member of the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS).
